Although I have been involved in Savannah’s real estate market for a number of years, I joined !Daley Real Estate in in 2007. I mentored directly under Paul and Nancy Daley for months before they retired, entrusting their “baby”, our brokerage, to my guidance.
My Background:
Although I was born in the midwest, I have called Savannah home since 1992, leaving only to complete my bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Even with my past experience in sales and customer service with two of Savannah’s Fortune 200 companies (Comcast and Progressive), I am always looking for new and innovative ways to serve my customers while depending on the time-tested methods of availability, empathy and personal responsibility.
My Experience:
In May 2007, I attained the designation of EcoBroker by completing a series of courses on environmental contaminants, energy-saving home features and green resource management. I was one of the first in Savannah to attain this designation. EcoBrokers serve as resources for people interested in lessening human impact on their environment through innovations with landscape, home features and rehabilitation procedures. Because national industry trends and technology advances are important me, I attend many conferences and seminars to pull the best ideas back to Savannah. In 2008, I completed GRI 1, converted my office into a technology powerhouse, recruited new agents and earned my DSS certificate for exceptional sales all in a “bad economy”.
